As President of the Yorkshire Photographic Union, Raymond Brammall ARPS, DPAGB will be presenting"With a little help from my friends". A photographer for over 30 years, Ray has had his work exhibited throughout the UK in PAGB & other national and international exhibitions. Ray's talk charts his transition from mono wet prints to digital printing.

N&EMPF - Club Projected Digital Image Trophy Competition Sunday 11th March
The purpose of the competition is twofold - to find the Champion N.& E.M.P.F. Club, and the two clubs to represent N.& E.M.P.F. in the P.A.G.B. National Championships at Warwick University.
The competition will be held at Arnold Leisure Centre starting at 1.45pm and there will be an admission charge of £3 to cover expenses. The AGM is at the same venue in the morning and admission to that is, of course, free.
Peak Photography Competition 2012
Buxton Festival and Visit Peak District & Derbyshire are delighted to announce that to celebrate this year's Olympics and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee the competition theme for 2012 is 'Welcome to Britain'. " To apply, simply visit: www.thephotographicangle.co.uk and fill in our online application form. Selected photographers will become part of a touring exhibition later this year, with their work showcased across the UK from London, to Bristol, Birmingham, Peterborough and many more places! Successful applicants will also have a full profile of their work featured on our website".

The Beeches - Open Garden for NGS
1-acre garden full of colour and interest to plant enthusiasts. Spring gives some 250 named snowdrops together with hellebores and early daffodils.
